Deposits (Face to Face Courses)

Once you have paid a deposit to train with us, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. ONLY EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED, PROVIDED THERE IS RELEVANT SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE.

 

Online Courses

Online course purchases are non refundable and also non transferable. Once you receive our digital files, you possess our intellectual property and this can not be reversed. Please do any relevant research and email the team with any relevant questions before you purchase, as we cannot do anything once you have done so.

 

Payment in Full (Face to Face Courses)

If you have made payment in full for whatever reason during the booking process, you have the option to rearrange your course to another date within 30 days of your original booking, under special circumstances only. If you do not turn up for your course and fail to let us know on any occasion, you will lose the booking fee and need to re book

 

Pre-requisites

If you book a face to face course with us, or purchase an online course and do not have the correct pre-requisites for either, we reserve the right to cancel your booking/purchase, and this may result in loss of your booking fees or purchase.
