Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Deposits All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are also non-transferable and cannot be moved to another person, treatment, or course. A deposit secures your booking and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment/course. If you fail to attend your appointment, arrive too late to be treated, or cancel without the required notice, your deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new agreed date. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
